Whereas the Parable of the Mustard Seed is an expression of the "Visible, and External Growth of the Church Jesus came to establish, this Parable of the Yeast, expresses the Internal development of us and the Church we are manifesting a Testimony outwardly of the Good work the Lord has begun in each one of us, at the moment of being 'Born Again'. In Scripture though, Yeast has both a positive and a negative associations. Negatively: there is the yeast of the Pharisees, the Sadducees and Herod. Positively... well... that's what we'll look at tonight...
