Description
Joel 2:28-29 tells us Prophetically what Jesus told His Disciples in Luke 24 to wait for them to be Empowered from on high to be His Witnesses about the Kingdom Principles the Lord came to establish during His Ministry. The Lord had to Ascend for the Almighty Counselor, our Helper, our Comforter, our Favor with God to Descend. He has started the process of "Holy-Making" or being set apart for the Purposes which God created us to engage in, which He laid out ... in His Book of Purpose even before we were born ! (Psalm 139: 15-17) !!
