Description
This passage we find in Rev. 10:1-11, is written in the "Parenthetical" sense. It means that the passage is inserted to qualify the 'Main Idea'. During this "Interlude" between the 6th and 7th Seals to be opened, John the Revelator is told to eat the Scroll. .. . Strange, yet not an isolated event... Ezekiel was also told to eat the Scroll filled with Lamentations and Mourning's, So Jeremiah had to do also. How about us? We are told to "Feed" upon the Word of God, for it is sweet in its tasting of the Goodness and Promises to God... But, it is bitter to unbelievers, even harsh about the terror which awaits those who REJECT the Lord's great Grace and Mercy.
